Paul Mogerley Memorial Summer Team Tournament

Controller: John Maher
- Entrants to be placed into teams of approximately equal strength with three players per team
- Games will not be graded
- Results will be entered into the Summer Ladder Competition
- There is no entry fee
- There are no prizes
- Four rounds, played on Thursdays, starting May 27th
- If both players agree, they can play the following Monday night
- If a player is unavailable, a member of approximately equal strength, but not from another team, may be substituted
- All moves in 90 minutes per player
Members wishing to enter must contact John Maher, or be at the club early on Thursday night.

John Delaney (FM) is the new senior Rathmines champion, with a straight 6/6. Congratulations to John! In the Intermediates, Pat Cosgrove is leading on 4.5/6, but Cormac O’Brien still has two games to play and is only a point behind. In the Juniors, Pat O’Brien and Andrew McGrath are tied on 5/6…I don’t know yet the method being used to separate them…
But there are still some last-minute games to be completed:
