  1. Congratulations to everyone that participated. The summer is quickly approaching so please do remember to keep hydrated during any training or tournament sessions. Keep in mind that hydration is key to performance 🙂

    BUT too much hydration can also lead to some of brain cells drowning and remaining cells making unwanted random posts on blogs !.
