    @ Tony S . I don’t think Tony b sees your comment or he would have responded , in fact leaving comments in main page has been disabled ?! ( deliberate or accidental ? ). all the fixtures and dates are in leinsterchess.com anyway. I am baffled as why some players who are playing leagues for years are so clueless about fixtures or how to set a chess clock in the club ?!

    On second thought , having a calendar is a good idea in case you wanted to go to the club and wanted to see if any matches going on,but calling it a great idea is a bit extreme in my humble opinion.

    I can explain what I mean by saying having a calendar is a good idea but not a great idea if you like to read it let me know ,otherwise will not waste time .Since the calendar has the word * NEW* on either side of it shouldn’t the ( member rating ) tab next to it have the word * OLD * on either side of it too ?

    I think all the comments in this calendar section except the first one made by Tony.S should be deleted .
