Rathmines Chess Club now have a Junior division. It takes place on Monday and Wednesday nights, from 7pm until 8.30pm, in Kenilworth Bowling Club in Grosvenor Square. (Note: This venue is not the same as the regular Rathmines club venue, on Grosvenor Road.)
Chess sets are provided. We coach beginners and advanced, run tournaments and enter team leagues and competitions. If you would like to join, contact Maura Osborne at mauraosborne@eircom.net. You need to make an appointment to join up as, we are happy to say, we have a large number of participants at present.
